Hardin County man sentenced to federal prison for mailing threats to kill, extort victims
There is no parole in the federal system.
Under current Kentucky law, those who have experienced stalking or online harassment, but not physical violence, don’t qualify for obtaining an emergency protective order.
Police said the man was transported to UofL Hospital where he later died.
